Job Description

Lead SAP AMS business for mid to large-size clients, focusing on both client acquisition and delivery.

Manage multiple SAP AMS projects (5+ minimum) and ensure successful execution.

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams for process improvement, optimization, and transformation.

Implement leading practice workflows, address quality deficits, and drive operational outcomes.

Drive year-on-year improvements in the AMS model, including automation, innovation, team optimization, and offshoring strategies.

Operate in multi-client shared team environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Make critical analytical and strategic decisions to prioritize tasks and ensure business success.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through excellent written and verbal skills.
