Position Overview

As an Associate Director focused on Life Sciences, you will combine investment judgment, governance expertise, and relationship management to support the deployment and oversight of government‑backed venture capital programs, primarily for life sciences funds and investments. The role includes investment and portfolio responsibilities, sector advocacy, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investment & Deal Execution
    • Lead investment processes across fund commitments, focusing on life sciences fund managers and engaging in competitive calls for expression of interest.
    • Contribute to deal underwriting, structuring, negotiation, and closing, including legal negotiations and alignment on terms with fund managers.
