Job Description

We are looking for a Director of eLearning Design & Development:
On-Site in Burbank, CA

$100k-$130k (DOE)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set curriculum design standards using proven methodologies and emerging technologies.
Provide expertise in effective curriculum design and assessment for adult learners.
Ensure a impactful learner's journey and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics.
Manage external vendors for timely project completion
Collaborate on technical issues with other departments, especially Information Technology Project Management.
Lead the Curriculum Development Department, ensuring on-time course delivery.
Design flexible, multi-platform curriculum for diverse audiences.
Align curriculum with learning objectives, incorporating best practices for adult learning.
