The Corporate Finance team (CF) within BMO North American Commercial Banking is a specialized team focused on delivering tailored credit and financing solutions to mid- and large-market clients across diversified industries in Canada. With expertise in deal structuring, portfolio management, one-client collaboration and strategic relationship building, CF supports clients on complex transactions across a diverse range of industries ranging from $10MM and above. The group operates in deal teams (2 or 3 person) — typically composed of a mix of Managing Director, Director, Sales Director, Associate Director and Associate or Associate Director—to ensure deep client coverage, credit oversight, and business development capabilities.
