Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Analytics individual to join our Rare Disease Commercial Operations organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing key foundational capabilities. As a highly visible and hands-on team member, you will collaborate closely with Ipsen US Rare Disease Leadership to proactively guide the assessment and evolution of our commercial team.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead field force analytics and sales operations capabilities in the Rare Disease Franchise — including territory alignment, target list development, account/HCP prioritization, field force sizing, and incentive compensation framework design and target-setting — with cross-functional input from Data, Digital & Analytics and brand teams
- Monitor and evaluate field execution performance against goals, delivering data-driven insights that inform alignment decisions and support brand strategy
