• Develop and implement a structured performance management module to be incorporated into current operations at all bases where accountabilities are clearly defined and work structures are segregated into effective operation and performance management of all Cabin Crew, this will include management of all Check Leads
• Conceptualize and execute the development and implementation of a performance appraisal program for all Cabin Crew and provide advice and recommendations to the Leadership team accordingly.
• Formulate Cabin Crew core competencies, values, and key performance measures as part of the introduction of a Inflight performance appraisal system.
• Analyze reports and initiate action on measurement results through continuous communication with all Bases.
