AECOM is currently looking to hire an Associate Director Building Surveyor to be based in our Bristol and SW Region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress their career within our growing BS Surveying Team, part of the larger national building surveying team.  

Our UK Building Surveying team deliver projects and surveys that cover building fabric and MEP services as one unit, specializing in multi-disciplinary design services on refurbishment schemes, condition and asset surveys (including and not limited to Lifecycle, Technical Due Diligence, dilapidations and asset management.) 

Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with experience working with full spectrum building surveying and project management scope within education, commercial / light industrial environments, MEP services experience is desirable. In time, the candidate should be willing to support wo...
