Role Overview

The Associate Director Business Process Optimization (BPO) Lead will be responsible for the strategy, oversight, health, and performance of processes in collaboration with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts. The BPO Lead will drive, participate or support key complex or strategically meaningful process improvement efforts and be accountable for developing and maintaining metrics for key processes and presenting them to appropriate Global Development partners.
