About the Role:

The Regional Head for B2B Logistics will be a key leader responsible for the overall success and strategic growth of the region.

This role is a critical ownership position, encompassing the entire P&L, sales, operations, service quality, and expansion strategy within the designated region, ensuring alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Commercial:

P&L Ownership: Manage regional P&L to achieve AOP targets.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through new client onboarding and organic growth (Increased SOW).

Receivable Management: Ensure all customer collections are within credit limits and days.

Risk Control: Keep losses and bad debt within provisions.

Sales & Operations:

Client Acquisition: Lead new client/customer onboarding and expand market share.
