Job Description

Purpose: Develop, maintain, and architect Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, integrate with existing systems and third‑party applications, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, build business cases, and support enhancements. Reports to International or senior National Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Solutions Design & Delivery

  • Understand client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions; ensure alignment with IT strategy and architecture.
  • Lead delivery using Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD.
  • Guide developers and support engineers on design and defect resolution.
  • Track client feedback for satisfaction.

Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain technical and platform documentation (e.g., RDD, SDD, SLTO, TSMP).
