Associate Dean, Technologies – Centre for Trades and Technologies at Lethbridge Polytechnic is a full‑time continuing position reporting to the Dean. The Associate Dean provides academic leadership to schools and programs, promotes excellence in teaching and learning, and fosters a culture of scholarly activity. The role supports faculty and staff through mentorship, professional development, and scholarly activity, ensuring consistent high‑quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of curriculum in the Centre.
• Development and monitoring of tactical and operational plans for designated areas of responsibility.
• Management of the Faculty and Staff, including human resources.
