Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate Data Center Technician for an onsite contract position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Ashburn, VA (must be flexible for location.) This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.


Summary:

As an Associate Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting failed hard drives and DIMMs, and installing new SSD and NVME drives into existing servers. Mentored by level 2 data center technicians, this role requires basic server component experience and entry-level Linux troubleshooting skills to ensure the stability and performance of enterprise computer systems. The quality of work performed will have a direct impact on the stability and performance of the company's systems, so responsiveness and effectiveness are critical.
