Lead concept development from brief to big campaign platform, driving ideation sessions that produce culturally relevant, conversation-starting work. Build integrated, social-first campaigns designed to live natively in feeds, stories, and communities, not retrofitted for them. Provide strong art direction and visual leadership across touchpoints, ensuring every execution ladders up to a powerful central idea. Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, producers, and client partners to bring insight-driven creative to life. Confidently present and sell brave ideas, articulating the strategic rationale behind the work. Partner with production teams to protect and elevate the creative vision from shoot through final delivery. Mentor and inspire junior and mid-level creatives, raising the bar for both craft and conceptual rigor.
