Associate Core Banking

Associate – Core Banking (Digital Banking) will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the bank's core banking system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves system monitoring, issue resolution, user support, data validation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors to maintain system stability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

To support the successful execution of project and manage a significant increase in operational volume to maintain service quality, meet client expectations, and ensure continuity.

Provide day-to-day operational support for the Core Banking System (CBS).

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user queries in a timely manner.

Support end-of-day (EOD), end-of-month (EOM), and end-of-year (EOY) processing activities.
