Job Description

As the Associate Coordinator – Facilities, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of an assigned building or multiple buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Assist with special event cleanup when needed.
  • Assist with posting and taking down flyers around the building for special events and moves.
  • Assist with ensuring safety standards are followed throughout facility.
  • Complete regular inspections for leaking water, lights out, clogged sinks, or toilets, and reporting to Facilities/CBRE.
  • Provide support and may participate in Emergency Preparedness Team.
  • Assist Mail Center with special projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
