Job Description
As the Associate Coordinator – Facilities, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of an assigned building or multiple buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Assist with special event cleanup when needed.
- Assist with posting and taking down flyers around the building for special events and moves.
- Assist with ensuring safety standards are followed throughout facility.
- Complete regular inspections for leaking water, lights out, clogged sinks, or toilets, and reporting to Facilities/CBRE.
- Provide support and may participate in Emergency Preparedness Team.
- Assist Mail Center with special projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- High School Degree or Equivalent - Previous on-the-job training experience in lieu of high school degree considered
