**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Associate Contract Administration Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks aimed at delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. You will assist Supply and Service Resource Management (SSRM) Contract Administration Management with documenting supply and service agreements in accordance with strategic business objectives, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Every day you will support the National and Regional Contracting teams to ensure contracts are reviewed and loaded timely into multiple contract repositories, while assisting Contract Specialist IIs with Lean processes to track contracting pipelines. You will also demonstrate proficiency in administrative software systems to pre-load contract records for upstream review by contract stakeholders, and collaborate with multiple CommonSpirit Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) teammates to support GPO bu...
