Associate Content Analyst

Associate Content Analyst Job Description:

The Associate Content Analyst will be responsible for production- and quality-related work within the Refinitiv financial transcription group. The transcription group uses proprietary techniques and software to produce transcripts that are extremely accurate and have a very fast turnaround time between the start of the event and the publication of the transcript.

The content analyst will have a range of responsibilities, which may include:

• Producing and editing transcripts in accordance with the transcription style manual
• Auditing transcripts for quality assurance
• Testing and evaluating new production methods
• Performing additional quality assurance work for transcripts and transcript-related features
• Maintaining research databases
• Assisting with operations and redline processes
