SUMMARY
BGIS Construction Services is a Construction Management business within BGIS. We perform highly collaborative Construction Management services as the prime contractor for client accounts needing responsive, accountable high-quality project delivery with multi-million-dollar solutions. With limited supervision, the Associate Construction Project Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of construction projects while independently managing portions of projects or smaller, lower‑risk projects. This role serves as a transition between coordination and full project management, with increasing responsibility for cost, schedule, subcontractor management, and client coordination.
