:Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Associate CNC Operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Batesburg, SC.Please note:
This is a second shift position. Work hours will be from 4:00pm to 2:30am - Monday through ThursdayThe Associate CNC Operator is responsible for performing the set-up, autonomous maintenance and operation of CNC machinery utilizing a variety of tools and established Hitachi Rail programs. The Operator will ensure that parts meet or exceed company specifications based on engineering changes and other manufacturing and technical documentation.

Accountabilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents

Set-up and operate CNC machines, to include lathes, milling machines, etc.
