Job Description
The Cloud Engineer Associate will work under the general direction of the Manager or Technical Lead, Cloud Operations. This role is responsible for supporting cloud customers and contributing to the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SaaS-based server technologies within a multi-cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide technical support to cloud customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Perform software installations, configurations, upgrades, and patch management.
Conduct continuous systems analysis to optimize performance, reliability, and security.
Support systems administration tasks across multi-cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues.
Manage end-to-end provisioning for new end users, including onboarding and offboarding of product access, ensuring proper access control and compliance with security policies.
