Associate, Broking and Placement - Real Estate Insurance (Toronto)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate, Broking and PLACEMENT (Real Estate Insurance) to join our team in our Toronto office. As an Associate, Broking & Placement in our Real Estate division, you will be responsible to provide assistance to the Broking & Placement team with respect to the Residential Program and non-program risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Marketing Team
• Assist with weekly and monthly bordereaux
• Update internal software system & notify team members of new claims
• Responsible for monthly renewal submissions to Markets
• Process instructions for Appraisals TIVs including Underwriter approval
• Process instructions for accounting discrepancies & correct billing errors
• Forward missing policy documents to Underwriters as required
• Authorize miscellaneous endorsements & instructions
