Associate BMS Engineer

Join our Building Efficiency Division and start building your career in Building Management Systems (BMS). As an Associate BMS Engineer, you’ll support experienced engineers in delivering energy‑efficient solutions across customer sites in London and the South.

You’ll assist with routine service visits, help with maintenance tasks, and identify small works opportunities. You’ll develop hands‑on skills across BMS hardware, software, and HVAC plant, supported by structured training. On‑call participation may be introduced as your capability grows.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical mindset and an interest in BMS or HVAC systems. Experience with AHUs, FCUs or chillers is helpful.
