Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform day to day CRM related activities, including verifying, validating, and cleansing of the data Responsible for maintaining and administering the clients and contacts records within the CRM and other databases Perform basic secondary research from Google, LinkedIn, and a number of online databases provided by the client to validate and retrieve correct details of the client contacts and accurately update on CRM Working on various reports and ad-hoc tasks as and when required or as per the schedule assigned Responsible for responding client e-mails, calls and meet all assigned SLA’s Actively participate in the team meetings, company offered training, development programs and other initiatives taken by the company Required Skills/Abilities:
