Job Description

Our client is a global law firm and has been practicing for over 100 years. They seek a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year associate to join its Restructuring Team in NYC. (Working hybrid out of their mid-town NYC location).


They have an international reputation and the team is known for representing debtors, second creditors, trustees, ad hoc official committees in complex restructuring matters. They also have an emphasis of representation of clients before governmental agencies, successful advocacy in litigation and arbitration, and creative and practical advice in structuring business transactions. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work primarily with attorneys in the firm’s New York office, as well as, with the restructuring attorneys in other offices.

  • The primary practice will be Insolvency & Restructuring.
