Pre-Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury) – Norfolk, VA

Our client, a well-respected law firm, is seeking a motivated attorney to join their growing personal injury team. This role will focus on intake, client engagement, and case development prior to litigation.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Norfolk, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to review personal injury matters
• Evaluate records including medical files, police reports, and witness statements
• Assess liability and potential outcomes for new cases
• Communicate with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients
• Review settlement offers, provide recommendations, and negotiate fair outcomes
• Work to secure compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages
