Overview

Dream is looking for an Associate, Asset Management. Dream is always looking for talented individuals to join our growing community. The Asset Management team is currently seeking a highly motivated Associate to support the execution of value-add strategies across the commercial Income Producing Property (IPP) portfolio held by Dream Unlimited and its related parties. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management, this role will play a critical part in optimizing asset performance, supporting capital allocation decisions, and executing business plans to enhance long-term value. The Associate will work closely with internal investment, development, and debt teams, as well as external partners, brokers, and property managers. This role is well suited for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in commercial real estate and asset-level strategy.
