About the role
As an Associate Account Manager focused on growth and retention, you will manage ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction while driving renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Region (Carrier), this role has no direct reports and works closely with delivery, service and product teams. You will operate in a hybrid manner (two days per week in the office) and travel periodically to customer locations; no security clearance or shift work is required.
