The candidate will:
Conduct financial analysis with the ability to identify key transactions risks and potential mitigation.Monitors financial reporting, covenants, and collateral of clients within assigned portfolio to identify deteriorating credit conditions and compliance with loan agreement.Analyze credit information to support lending decisions for new, renewal and extension of loans, as well as to offer opinions regarding credit worthiness of existing or prospective clients.Assist in negotiations of terms and conditions of loan agreements.Help minimize BMO’s risk exposure by adhering to internal credit policies and procedures with respect to lending decisions.Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.Execute broader work or accountabilities depending on business needs.Qualifications:
