Key Responsibilities- Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution
- Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements
- Automate operational tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
