Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating any non‑standard activities when necessary.
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build positive customer relationships by advising them clearly on banking services and processes.
• Contribute to a diverse and equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and participating in performance development.
