About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits leader to drive regional strategies across LATAM, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and business objectives. This role will manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and mobility initiatives for 15 countries, acting as a key link between global and local HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring compliance with company corporate guidelines and local regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
