Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a successful team of platform managers, engineers and architects through recruitment, performance management, and career development
• Establish and maintain operational metrics, SLAs, and performance standards
• Monitor and manage enterprise platform operations
• Lead incident response and problem management for critical platform issues
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of platform security policies and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in platform operations
• Partner with platform leaders and collaborators to understand and support organizational needs
