Implement laboratory set up and train | upgrade skills of Scientists and Operators
Implement benchmarking and reverse engineering techniques to identify ingredients of commercial products
Prepare, review and ensure adherence to RTL policies and SOPs
Develop and scale up of new rubber | rubber chemicals | new products testing
Perform the role of people manager for the team
