Principal Responsibilities:

Levy Gardens Assisted Living is seeking a qualified and dedicated Director to oversee the assisted living programs and building operations. The Director is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the facility in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, ensuring the highest degree of personal care, quality, and satisfaction for our tenants.

  • Oversee planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing assisted living facilities.
  • Promote a team-based, tenant-centered environment across all departments.
  • Lead and evaluate staff; manage hiring, scheduling, training, and performance.
