Assistant,Production

Assist daily production operations and material preparation.

Lead and guide WIP warehouse storeman in daily tasks.

Manage WIP receiving, issuing, and transfer to production.

Ensure FIFO, lot control, and correct material labeling.

Monitor WIP stock accuracy and report shortages or issues.

Update inventory records (system or manual).

Coordinate with Production, Planning, and QA teams.

Support stock take, audits, and internal checks.

Ensure safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards are followed.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years experience in production or warehouse environment.
2. Experience handling WIP materials is required.
3. Experience leading storeman or small teams is an advantage.
4. Basic computer skills (Excel / simple system).
5. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
6. Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
