Overview

This is an on‑site role based out of the Montreal, QC office. You will support an Advisor with administrative and client‑service responsibilities.

Responsibilities (English)

  • Manage and organize the Advisor’s Outlook (email & calendar), monitor emails, and schedule client calls.
  • Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication.
  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails on behalf of the Advisor, forwarding urgent messages in a timely manner.
  • Prepare expense reports and review submitted reports when required.
  • Meet with the Advisor daily to discuss upcoming events, meetings and logistics.
  • Plan travel and meetings.
  • Write and distribute email correspondence, memos, letters and forms.
  • Other duties as required.
