Position Summary

Washburn University’s Gregory D. and Ronda K. Brenneman School of Business in Topeka, Kansas, invites applications for faculty positions in accounting for a tenure-track appointment effective Fall 6. Positions may be filled at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level.

Each selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to pursuing teaching excellence at Washburn University, including a dedication to developing inclusive teaching practices that engage all learners.

The Brenneman School serves more than BBA, MBA, and MAcc students through its AACSB-accredited programs. In January 7, the school will move into a newly renovated academic building, the $ million Advisors Excel Hall. In the last five years, two MAcc graduates have been named Elijah Watt Sells Award winners.

The standard School teaching load for tenure-track faculty is three courses per semester. Summer teaching and research support is available. ...
