Assistant Workshop Mechanic and Sales Assistant

Brompton Tokyo is seeking an Assistant Workshop Mechanic & Sales Assistant to join its flagship store in Jingumae. This role combines practical workshop support with in-store customer service and sales support, helping to deliver the high-quality customer experience and operational standards that define the Brompton brand.

Working closely with the Lead Mechanic, you will support all workshop activities while also assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day store operations. In an open and approachable workshop environment, you will deliver highly professional service, build trust with customers and contribute to providing an outstanding brand experience.
