Experience Asst Manager – Roles & Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Lead end-to-end workplace experience operations, covering Café & Pantry, and Employee Engagement.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, safety, and service excellence across all facilities.
  • Manage F&B operations, including menu planning, vendor coordination, quality audits, feedback management, and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring daily, periodic, and deep-cleaning schedules are executed as per SOPs with consistent quality checks.
  • Drive vendor and manpower management, including SLA adherence, performance reviews, invoice validation, and workforce optimization.
