Assistant Worker for Aquatic Programs

Enhance the aquatic experience at SSI Recreation and Aquatics as an Assistant Aquatic Worker. This role focuses on ensuring safety and fun for all patrons in the facility.
In this auxiliary role, you will assist in maintaining a secure environment while operating pool amenities and leading engaging events. Your interactions with patrons will foster an atmosphere of safety and enjoyment. Availability is key, with the need to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a fun, safe environment for all patrons
• Oversee safe operation of pool equipment
• Assist in planning themed swims and special events
• Deliver water safety information to visitors
• Support Lifeguards in emergency situations
