Assistant Warehouse Manager

Our client, an established home improvement specialist, is currently recruiting an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their Warehousing team.

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will be responsible for helping maintain efficient warehouse operations and help deliver garage doors around Southeast and Midlands areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking that vehicles are correctly loaded with correct doors/spare parts.
• Covering driving to regular customers in the Southeast and Midlands areas.
• Unloading garage doors/spares from vehicles (including self-unloading when customer not present).
• Leading the team with loading vehicles for next day’s deliveries.
• Working in the stores during busy periods, picking and packing correct items and using courier systems.
• Trade counter work, helping customers with new enquiries, providing product information and dispatching doors.
