Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests
  • Approach and interact with guests in the correct manner as lay out by Hotel Standards
  • Detailed knowledge and presentation of Croco menu items and cooking methods
  • Assist guests based on their preferences
  • Deliver checks and collect payments
  • Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience
  • Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
