Assistant Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with emerging, mid-sized, and large corporates to achieve leasing business targets across corporate and cleantech segments

Strengthen existing client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Conduct initial risk assessments and negotiate deal terms effectively

Develop strong connections with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal conversion and timely disbursement

Identify and evaluate deal opportunities to build a strong and healthy business pipeline

Experience & Qualifications:

️ 5-15 years of experience handling corporate clients in a bank or financial institution

️ Strong background in Equipment Finance / Leasing

️ Qualification in Finance such as CA, MBA, or ICWA preferred
