Key Accountabilities: 

  • Work with key cross functional teams, sales distribution channels and other non-sales/support teams and enabling functions to support channel growth and profitable business growth.
  • Work on Annual financial planning process (recurring monthly/quarterly management reporting, focused on sales APE, NBP margins, by product/channel splits, variance vs last year actual, vs, plan, trends) and analysis with insights/commentary.
