About the Role

. Manage daily operations of Arts venues, including theatres, studios,rehearsal rooms, and associated facilities.
. Co-ordinate and support arts performances, rehearsals, screenings,ceremonies, and related programmes.
. To conduct periodic venue inspections to checkthe venues cleaning condition, building defects etc.
. Managevenue inventory lists, movements, and deployments.Assess and evaluate inventory's conditions, prepare and recordloss, damage, or malfunction of equipment.
. To manage all Event related administration andoperations matters such as handing over and taking over of eventspace, event set-up/teardown, event logistics be on site duringevents to ensure venue readiness, Liaise with hirers, event organisers,and stakeholders on logistics and requirements. Maintain accurate recordsof venue usage, events, and attendance. Take photographs of eventsfor reporting and audit purposes.
