Job Description

As an Assistant Unit Head, you will lead and manage a team of insurance agents while actively participating in selling insurance products. This role requires you to drive both your personal sales and the team's sales targets, develop client relationships, and ensure overall business growth. You'll also play a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring your team.
