Job Summary
The Assistant Manager, Treasury is responsible for managing treasury operations, preparing financial documents, monitoring bank covenants, and assisting in fundraising and financing activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including bankers and legal advisors.
Job Scope
• Manage daily treasury operations, including trade applications and loan drawdown documents.
• Prepare and review daily cash positions and treasury reports, ensuring up-to-date financial information.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all bank covenants.
• Handling of Sukuk Issuance & follow up on all the requirements of documents.
• Assist in fundraising activities, new financing or loan requests, and annual financial reviews.
