Assistant Trainer and Training Host

Assist in hosting and facilitating training sessions

Introduce speakers, manage transitions, and wrap up events

Keep the audience engaged and support group activities

Co-facilitate alongside the Lead Trainer

Deliver foundational trainings on work attitude, personality, basic supervisory skills, workplace readiness, and customer service

Help prepare materials, training activities, and presentations

Attend prep meetings and rehearsal sessions

What We’re Looking For:

Professional and polished presence for corporate audiences

Strong English communication and stage confidence

Comfortable facilitating and engaging groups

Coachable and interested in long-term training and development

Flexible for weekends, long hours, and occasional travel

Prior hosting, facilitation, or leadership experience is a plus

Preferably with laptop or desktop at home
