In this role, you will coordinate and develop track maintenance crews, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols. Your contributions will include active participation in repairing and replacing vital track components, alongside implementing safety programs and performance goals throughout the operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise track maintenance activities and crews
• Inspect and authorize track for safe service
• Remove and replace defective rails and ties
• Maintain operational safety standards and directives
• Conduct site cleanups upon work completion
