The Assistant Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to the Sales Team and customers, ensuring proper product understanding, troubleshooting assistance, aftersales coordination, and successful commissioning support for power and energy products across all company brands.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Team with technical inquiries related to products, system configurations, specifications, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical recommendations and support during pre-sales and aftersales activities. Diagnose and perform basic repair and maintenance works for company-supported products, including board replacement, component replacement, testing, and functional verification as applicable.
